Our Chef and Staff

Chef/Owner Morey Anderson has nearly 40 years experience. Morey’s experience includes serving as an executive chef with TPC Sawgrass and Ritz Carlton Buckhead. Owner/Operator Paul Race has been in the restaurant business 35 years, a general manager for several concepts including K&W cafeterias for almost 20 years. Paul has been an owner operator of several restaurants including three hibachi restaurant currently.
