A Dream Come True.

We are Edmond and Merita Asllanaj, the owners and operators of Donald’s Pancake House. We grew up in Albania, finished college, got married and decided it was time to find a better life for our family and get out from under communist rule. We made our move to Greece which we loved, but ultimately decided to move to Pennsylvania since we already had family members living there. After several cold winters in the north, we headed south for vacation. Myrtle Beach became one of our favorite vacation spots and we soon decided to make it our new home.

After the move from up north, we had an opportunity to purchase a restaurant along the Grand Strand. By focusing on fresh, made to order food and exceptional service, our restaurant flourished. The success of our first restaurant lead to the purchase of two other restaurants. As the owners of Donald’s Pancake House, we strive to offer the best service and food at affordable prices. This has lead to the restaurant winning “Best of the Beach” three times. We are proud of what we have to offer you and hope you come to visit us when in the Myrtle Beach area.
