Our Story
Nestled on a property graced by vines planted 23 years ago, we are a family-owned and veteran-owned establishment.
The name is derived from our two sons, Joey and Logan Ray, who are the children of JW and Kristen Ray, hence the name ‘Rayson.’

Our journey is rooted in a commitment to crafting wines that not only reflect the distinct terroir of our unique location but also celebrate the individual varietal characteristics of our grapes.

Bistro Europa Restaurant
Indulge in a world-class dining experience at Bistro Europa, where our Chef crafts seasonal dishes that highlight fresh, local ingredients. Dine al fresco under our covered patio, offering breathtaking views of the vineyard. In the colder months, the veranda transforms into a cozy retreat with heaters and a stunning outdoor fireplace. Our indoor dining room offers a beautiful ambiance with private dining rooms available- please call the winery to book private dining rooms.
